General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the obligations of AMELIA Group SA and its customer within the framework of the sale of natural products. Any service provided by AMELIA Group SA therefore implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. Prices are stated in CHF or Euros, taxes included. Shipping costs apply on the day of dispatch for orders under CHF 200 or €200.

Discounts and Rebates

One free product is granted when five identical products are ordered. No additional discounts or rebates will be granted.

Early Payment Discount

No discount will be granted for advance payment.

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Late Payment

If payment is not made within the current month, a reminder letter with formal notice will be sent to the customer.

Retention of Title Clause

AMELIA Group SA retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the purchase price has been received. In this respect, if the buyer becomes subject to insolvency or liquidation proceedings, AMELIA Group SA reserves the right to reclaim the unpaid goods within the framework of the collective proceedings.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out:

- Either by direct handover of the goods to the buyer

- Or to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form

The delivery time indicated at the time of order registration is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed.

In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations upon receipt of the goods on the delivery note.

These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days following delivery, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Data Protection

Personal data is collected only if voluntarily provided. It is recorded, processed, and, where applicable, transmitted to one of AMELIA Group SA’s partners only insofar as necessary to provide the corresponding services, such as order processing, product delivery, and payment procedures.

AMELIA Group SA reserves the right to use the data for individual follow-up purposes, for sending information regarding our products or services, or for submitting offers.

AMELIA Group SA guarantees that personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Such data will not be transmitted to unrelated third-party companies wishing to use it for direct marketing purposes.

Competent Court

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Geneva.
