General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale described below set out the obligations of AMELIA Group SA and its customer in connection with the sale of natural products. Any service provided by AMELIA Group SA therefore implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the date the order is placed. They are stated in CHF or euros, including all taxes. Shipping costs applicable on the date of dispatch will be charged if the order amount is less than CHF 200 or EUR 200.

Discounts and rebates

One free product is granted when five units of the same product are ordered. No other discounts or rebates will be granted.

Early payment discount

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Payment

Payment may be made by bank card, bank transfer or cash.

Late payment

If payment is not made within the current month, a reminder letter and formal notice will be sent to the customer.

Retention of title

AMELIA Group SA retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the purchase price has been received. Accordingly, if the buyer becomes subject to restructuring or liquidation proceedings, AMELIA Group SA reserves the right to claim any goods sold that remain unpaid as part of the collective proceedings.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out

- Either by handing the goods directly to the buyer

- Or to the address specified by the buyer on the order form

The delivery time indicated when the order is registered is provided for information purposes only and is not guaranteed.

If goods are missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must record all necessary reservations on the delivery or order document upon receipt of the goods.

These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days following delivery by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Data protection

Personal data is collected only when it is provided voluntarily. It is recorded, processed and, where applicable, transferred to one of AMELIA Group SA’s partners only insofar as this is necessary to provide the relevant services, such as processing the order, delivering AMELIA Group SA products and carrying out payment procedures.

AMELIA Group SA reserves the right to use this data for individual customer follow-up, to provide information about its products or services, or to submit offers.

AMELIA Group SA guarantees that personal data will be treated as strictly confidential.

Personal data will not be transferred to unrelated third-party companies wishing to use it for direct marketing purposes.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

If no amicable settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Geneva.

Return Policy

These return conditions apply to orders delivered in Switzerland.

Products eligible for return

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are not accepted.

Condition of returned products

Only new products may be returned.

Return period

The return request must be submitted within one day of receiving the order.

Return method

Products must be returned by post.

Return label and return costs

A free return label is included in the parcel. No return shipping costs will be charged to the customer when this label is used.

Restocking fees

No restocking fees are applied to returned products.
