How can you protect yourself from waves and electromagnetic smog?
General Information
A wave is the propagation of energy, whether sound, physical, magnetic, or electrical — from a pebble dropped into water, to the blast of an explosion, or an electromagnetic wave.
Here, we will focus only on electromagnetic waves.
Electromagnetic waves are defined by three main factors:
- Wavelength, which determines the distance between two wave peaks
- Frequency, corresponding to the number of times the wave phenomenon repeats per second
- Propagation speed, describing how fast the wave travels through space
These characteristics determine their potential harmfulness and their impact on living organisms. Most waves generated by human activity may disturb biological systems.
Common Types of Waves
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi refers to a set of wireless communication protocols connecting many types of devices through radio waves.
GSM
Launched by the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations, GSM was the first digital cellular telephone standard. It was developed to solve compatibility and cost issues between fixed and mobile telephones.
The GSM project became highly successful and officially launched in 1991. With a theoretical speed of 9.6 kbit/s, it opened the door to transmitting small volumes of digital data such as SMS and MMS messages.
G, 2G, 3G, H+, 4G, 5G…
These small logos displayed on mobile phones correspond to successive generations of telecommunication standards.
5G technology, progressively being deployed worldwide, transmits extremely large amounts of energy across the planet. We will discuss further below the potential consequences on living organisms and humans.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology with a limited range of only a few meters (approximately 10–15 meters) and lower data transfer speeds than Wi-Fi.
This technology is now present in many everyday electronic devices.
Electromagnetic Radiation or Electrosmog
Do you know how many mobile phones existed worldwide in 2020?
More than 5 billion…
Try to imagine this electromagnetic smog surrounding the Earth — across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, India, China, Africa, Australia, North America, and South America.

WHAT IS ELECTROSMOG?
Electrosmog is comparable to a fog made up of electromagnetic fields generated by:
- Wi-Fi networks
- Wireless telephony
- 220V electrical systems
- High-voltage power lines
- Microwave ovens
- Solar photovoltaic systems
- Wireless speakers
- Connected watches and devices
- Electric meters
- Mobile phone antennas and surveillance cameras
- Baby monitors
- Wireless computers and printers
Dangerous or Not?
The subject remains controversial.
Guy Vandenbosch, professor at the University of Leuven specializing in telecommunications and microwaves, has provided explanations regarding wave-related risks.
First, heat: microwave ovens heat food through waves, and many people attempt to compare this effect with mobile phones. However, most of the heat produced by a smartphone comes from its battery rather than the emitted waves themselves.
According to Guy Vandenbosch, radiation from mobile devices generally does not penetrate deeply enough into the body to cause significant overheating damage.
However, other scientists argue that electromagnetic radiation may affect tissues containing large amounts of water, especially the brain, which consists of approximately 70% water.
In 2018, the Swiss TPH Institute launched the HERMES study (Health Effects Related to Mobile Phone Use in Adolescents). The study followed 700 students aged 12 to 17 for one year and evaluated their memory performance through computer-based visual memory tests.
Using mobile operator data, researchers confirmed previous findings suggesting that figurative memory may be significantly affected by mobile phone exposure.

WHAT SYMPTOMS MAY APPEAR?
Besides the heating sensation often experienced after speaking on a phone for too long (more than 10 minutes with the device against the ear), excessive exposure may cause temporary skin redness or even burns.
However, individuals considered electro-hypersensitive often report longer-lasting symptoms such as:
- Headaches
- Severe fatigue
- Neck stiffness
- Chest tightness
- Back or joint pain
- Sleep disorders
- Tinnitus
- Memory and concentration problems
- Sudden muscle weakness
- Dizziness
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Burning sensations
These neurovegetative disorders may potentially be triggered or worsened by excessive exposure to electromagnetic emissions.
Symptoms often decrease or disappear when individuals are removed from electromagnetic environments, even those involving low-intensity exposure.
In severe cases, electro-hypersensitive individuals may experience loss of consciousness, burnout, severe depression, panic attacks, or violent arthritic crises requiring hospitalization.
People described as “electrosensitive” report feeling electromagnetic disturbances directly within their body, particularly affecting the nervous system.
In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the WHO classified mobile phone radiation as “possibly carcinogenic to humans.”
Possible Solutions
First, it is important to review and adapt daily habits:
- Use devices as sparingly as possible and switch off phones, Wi-Fi, and connected devices whenever not needed, especially at night
- Ground electrical devices and use shielded cables or anti-wave canopies
- Consult specialists in electromagnetic environments or bio-electricians
- Practice physical exercise and spend time walking in calm, natural environments
- Maintain a healthy diet to support the body’s natural defenses
- For electro-sensitive individuals, Cytamphology may provide additional support
HOW CAN CYTAMPHOLOGY HELP?
Cytamphology is a new science based on harnessing a natural energy emitted by the active principles of plants.
Claymask SE, also called CM SE, contains a specific Cytamphological formula designed to act at the cellular level in order to help eliminate electromagnetic smog.
CM SE combines a Cytamphological formula, oils, and clay to form a cream applied to the body according to a specific protocol included with the product.
Electromagnetic Smog Detoxification – SE
Claymask CM SE: Personal and bodily elimination of electromagnetic smog

Claymask is a blend of white clay and Cytamphological oil. It is applied to the surface of the body following a precise protocol (instructions included with shipment). The application time is approximately 45 minutes, followed by rinsing with water under the shower.
The product is supplied in a 50g container.
According to the product description, regular use of Claymask SE (approximately every three months) may help reduce chronic fatigue, risks associated with hypospermia, fibromyalgia, and potentially certain tumors.
